Where the autoclave is to be installed at higher altitudes an adjustment can be made to the autoclave alarms and settings to adjust for the differences in measured air pressures. Two bands are available: elevations between 900 and 2,400 M (3,000 to 8,000 ft.) – (0.9 to 0.75 Bar pressure) and elevations between 2,400 and 7,000 M (8,000 to 23,000 ft.) – (0.75 to 0.40 Bar pressure).

Form X Pressure Test Certification – Individually witnessed Hydrostatic Test with stamped certificate. MUST be requested at time of purchase.

Electrically Heated Priorclaves require soft water with a conductivity of a minimum of 100 micro Siemens to work correctly. Various adaptations can be made to pipe work, fittings and water detection systems for Ultra pure water supplies if required.

Controls distortion of semi-rigid containers, pouches and blister-packs as the autoclave cools by pressurizing the autoclave chamber with air, balancing the internal pressure inside the containers, pouches or blister packs. The autoclave is fitted with an external serial communication interface socket for connection to a suitable PC or laptop. The package includes a serial cable and software.

Tamper proofing of program settings for single program Priorclaves – Included on models fitted with multi-program memory options.

For 100 to 200L Priorclaves where a three phase supply is not available the autoclave can be wired to run at two thirds heating power from a single phase power supply rated at 32A. Should a three phase supply become available at a later time the autoclave can quite easily be re-wired for re-connection.

For Steam Heated autoclaves this allows the autoclave to continue to be used when external steam is not available.

Control and other valves required to supply a Steam Heated Priorclave with dry saturated steam at the correct pressure from an external steam supply. The autoclave is not fitted with this but if there is an existing steam supply set in place this can be used to supply the autoclave’s steam.

Provides an additional level of control protection. The Tactrol system scans all input channels to detect abnormalities and will abort the cycle with a displayed, logged and printed fault code and description if one is detected.

Free of charge replacement of parts for two years. (Consumable items and damage due to misuse or negligence are excluded)

Ion Exchange water softening system which provides water of the correct quality to run the Priorclave – requires regular refilling with salt to maintain water quality.
