Priorclave maintains a network of factory-exclusive distributors and certified authorized service agents (ASAs) specializing in autoclave repair. Many autoclave maintenance and technical issues can be resolved remotely (at no additional fee).
For fastest support, please fill out an online service ticket below. Be sure to include your autoclave model and serial number. (These are printed on the cover of the operating manual that came with your autoclave, and can also be found on the upper right corner of the unit’s back panel.) A factory-trained technician will respond within 24 hours and often sooner.
