Most autoclave issues can be resolved remotely—which is why Priorclave is pleased to offer lifetime technical support and consultation. For fastest support, please fill out an online service ticket. Be sure to include your autoclave model and serial number. (These are printed on the cover of the operating manual that came with your autoclave, and can also be found on the upper right corner of the unit’s back panel.)
