If you aren’t processing flat trays of medical instruments or extremely large loads with great frequency, then you don’t need a medical grade autoclave and don’t want one.  That’s why every autoclave for sale through Priorclave is built around an ultra-efficient cylindrical pressure chamber or a Rectangular chamber built to do the specification for the role it you want it to do. On an annual basis, our cylindrical-vessel and rectangular autoclaves can be expected to use 1/6th to 1/10th as much water and energy as a comparable medical grade model.  That’s added savings on top of the lower initial purchase price, and reduced maintenance costs that come with relying on time-tested design principles.
